The Other Sous is founded by Stephanie Merrill
Stephanie holds an Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts and Supervision, with over 15 years of experience in the restaurant industry. She spent the last ten years building her career in Nashville, TN and has just recently returned to the greater D.C. Metro Area. The Other Sous is passionate about helping crews and business owners reach their full potential, whether in fine-tuning skills, creating a local following, or building prosperous inner work cultures from the ground up.
